National Account Executive – Beauty

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Drive sales & growth – Manage national accounts, promotions, and trading plans to boost brand presence.
* Stay ahead of trends – Track sales data, analyze performance, and identify new opportunities.
* Keep things running smoothly – Oversee stock forecasting, purchase orders, and logistics.
* Build strong partnerships – Work closely with retailers to secure launches, negotiate deals, and optimize performance.
* Lead activations – Plan sales events, marketing campaigns, and in-store promotions.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience – 2+ years supporting UK retailer accounts (e.g., Boots, ASOS, Superdrug, LookFantastic). Boots experience is ESSENTIAL.
* Strategic & organized – A problem-solver who can juggle priorities and think ahead.
* Data-driven & analytical – Comfortable with Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and sales forecasting.
* People person – Strong communication skills and a natural relationship builder.
* Fast-paced & proactive – Thrives in a high-energy, ever-evolving environment.
