We are recruiting for a Lead Pharmacist - Clinical Services who shares our ambition and vision to deliver the Best of Care by the Best People and has the drive to take us forward, by ensuring that the Trust continues to be the first choice for patients and our staff.
The purpose of this job is to provide clinical leadership to the pharmacy clinical services team and to be a senior leader within the department to ensure the delivery of exceptional clinical pharmacy services, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
With a focus on continuous improvement and innovation, this role requires strategic leadership, mentorship and collaboration across the Trust and wider system to optimise medicines management and enhance patient outcomes.
