The Opportunity:
Reporting toour OEM Financial Manager,you willbe responsible for processing the groups parts department documents and reconciling parts supplier statementsto outside suppliers and the groups manufacturer partners.
We are looking for an organised, confident, and motivated individual who thrives within fast-paced environments. To be a success in this role you will be afastlearner,havesomebasic excel knowledge, confidence using a variety of computer systems, and excellent communication skills.

Strong IT skills with experience of Microsoft Office (excel would beadvantageous),
Be proficient in dealing witha large number ofwide-ranging parts manufacturers,
Previousdata entry experiencewould be beneficial butnot essential,
Work well within a team as well as on your own as both will berequiredto process,organiseand reconcile a high volumeofpaperwork,
Be highly organised with the ability to pay meticulous attention to detail.
