This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates with strong academic backgrounds in Mathematics, English, or Science who are passionate about education and eager to gain classroom experience in a structured and ambitious environment. About the Role: As a Graduate TA, you will: Support students in KS3 and KS4 across core subjects, helping to raise attainment and engagement. Deliver small group interventions and one-to-one academic support. Assist teachers with lesson preparation, classroom activities, and behaviour management. Contribute to a culture of high expectations and academic excellence. Gain valuable experience for a future career in teaching or education. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: A degree in Maths, English, Science, or a closely related subject. A genuine interest in working with young people and supporting their academic progress. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive, professional, and enthusiastic approach. Previous experience in tutoring, mentoring, or classroom support (desirable but not essential).
