Enhanced late shift allowanceDuties as a Van Technician:
Perform all service and maintenance work to manufacturer specifications within the set timeframes as the Van Technician
Conduct comprehensive diagnostics and repairs of vans, ensuring high-quality workmanship
Support colleagues with technical issues and implement innovative solutions
Accurately document diagnosis, repairs, safety inspections, and servicing activities
Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety procedures
Maintain a focus on customer satisfaction through professional service delivery
Contribute to team targets and overall workshop efficiencyRequirements:
Fully qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
At least 1 to 2 years of post-qualification practical experience as a Van Technician
Proven ability to perform high-quality service and repair work in a busy workshop environment
Strong diagnostic skills and understanding of light commercial vehicle systems
Excellent team attitude with effective communication skills
Motivated to meet targets and develop technical expertise
