BMC Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Customer Success Manager for their client in Peterlee, Durham.
You ll be working for a leading provider of self:storage solutions, specialising in the design, manufacture, and installation of storage facilities and access control systems. Part of a global group, this company delivers end:to:end services from initial consultation through to project completion supporting clients across Europe and worldwide with innovative, high:quality, and technology:driven storage solutions.
To be successful in this role you need to be hands on and have a mass of experience dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
You are confident in presenting and delivering virtual and onsite customer training. You will manage the process from dealing with the legal documentation, the customer onboarding lifecycle followed by contract handover, to going live.
