About the Role
As a Guest Services Team Member, you’ll be the friendly face and voice of Chill Factor e, whether it’s in person, over the phone, via email, or on social media. You’ll help guests with bookings, answer questions, and ensure every interaction leaves them smiling and excited for their visit.
You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, and seriously fun environment, ensuring guests of all ages and abilities feel at ease and ready for adventure.

Requirements
· A minimum of 8 hours availability per week, including evenings and weekends
