Through a unique business model, they help charities and not-for-profit organisations access vacant commercial property while supporting landlords in maximising the use of their assets. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a proactive and highly organised Email and Enquiries Administrator to help manage a busy and varied email inbox. This is an ideal opportunity for someone seeking flexible, part-time work, including those looking to work around school hours. The Role You will be responsible for overseeing a high-volume email inbox, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently, professionally and accurately. The inbox consists of a mixture of direct correspondence for the Managing Director and general business enquiries that would otherwise take up significant time for the wider team. No two days are the same. You will deal with a wide variety of enquiries from landlords, charities, tenants, property professionals and other stakeholders, requiring excellent judgement and the ability to prioritise effectively. Key Responsibilities Monitoring and managing a busy shared inbox Reviewing, prioritising and responding to incoming emails Drafting professional written responses on behalf of the business Escalating important matters to the appropriate person Identifying solutions and resolving routine enquiries independently Maintaining accurate records and correspondence Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks as required About You We are looking for someone who: Has excellent written English, grammar and spelling Is a fast and accurate typist Has strong organisational and time management skills Can confidently manage multiple priorities Uses initiative and is comfortable making decisions Has strong problem-solving abilities Is professional, reliable and discreet Enjoys working independently Has previous administration, customer service, PA, office support or inbox management experience (preferred but not essential) What's on Offer?
