Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality HSEQ Coordinator
Our client is an international manufacturing and materials processing organization, with multiple sites across the UK. This position focuses on their manufacturing facilities in Gloucestershire, Northamptonshire, and Sussex, where you will be responsible for all Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality requirements across 5-6 manufacturing plants.
The role involves developing and implementing HSEQ strategies, engaging with stakeholders from operations to site leadership, and fostering a safety culture. Key responsibilities include ensuring legislative compliance, developing policies, and promoting a culture of ownership and safety across the organization.

Key requirements:
* Experience managing HSEQ strategies in heavy industrial manufacturing or engineering environments
* Ability to operate both strategically and tactically, including hands-on support with RAMS and SOPs
* NEBOSH or equivalent Health and Safety qualification
* Experience with ISO management systems (OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001, 14001, 9001)
* Experience in developing and improving HSEQ management plans
* Multi-site experience is desirable but not essential
* Experience in industrial or heavy industry settings
* Full UK driving license
