Location: Coventry Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday-Friday Pay: Competitive Contract: Temp to Perm after 12 weeks About the role We are recruiting full-time SEN Teaching Assistants to support learners aged 16-25 with special educational needs and disabilities.You will: Provide classroom support and assist with personal care when required. Help students develop confidence, independence, and life skills. Work one-to-one or in small groups to make a real impact. Collaborate with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored learning programmes. What you'll need to succeed Immediately available and ready to start. Experience in SEN support or care roles is helpful but not essential. Empathetic, resilient, and comfortable with personal care responsibilities.
