The Role
You will join a growing insights and analytics team, contributing to the development of high-quality data products and reporting. Your work will directly support stakeholders across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the design and build of scalable data pipelines and data models using Python in a cloud-based environment
* Creating clear and impactful data visualisations using tools such as Power BI
* Writing clean, efficient code and following best practice around version control and technical standards
* Assisting with the delivery of reports and insights within agreed timelines
* Working with stakeholders to understand requirements, supported by senior team members
* Developing your understanding of business metrics and how data supports operational and strategic decisions
* Keeping up to date with new analytics and cloud technologies to continuously build your skill set.
Your Skills and Experience
* Practical experience using Python or another analytical programming language such as R or SQL
* An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly
* Exposure to data visualisation tools, ideally Power BI
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Confidence presenting findings to a range of audiences
* An interest in how businesses operate and how data can be used to drive improvement
