Job Title: Art Teacher

Start Date: September 2025
Salary: £150 - £200 per day (depending on experience)

TeacherActive is working closely with a successful secondary school in Bath, which is looking to appoint a passionate Art Teacher for a confirmed, long-term position starting in September 2025. This is a full teaching role not day-to-day cover with responsibilities across planning, delivery, and assessment.
The school places a strong emphasis on the creative arts and is seeking a teacher who can contribute meaningfully to a vibrant department. Whether you're experienced or newly qualified, you ll be joining a supportive team that values subject passion and innovative teaching.
Responsibilities & Requirements
* Hold QTS (or equivalent UK-recognised teaching qualification)
* Have experience teaching Art across KS3 KS5
* Demonstrate strong classroom management and engaging lesson delivery
* Be confident guiding students through both practical work and portfolio development
* Be collaborative and committed to student progress
