The Change Partners are working with a stand-out highly reputable global drinks brand to hire a Content Manager to help drive and push the digital strategy acorss multiple channels for the business. You’ll be tasked to drive organic traffic, ensure assets are down, and loaded by locals and ensure eCRM sign-ups and clicks are boosted.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and execute digital content strategy across website, social media, and eCRM to meet growth targets
* Manage creation and delivery of editorial content for the company website
* Develop and oversee a 12-month content calendar across all digital channels
* Direct content creation with studio teams
* Coordinate global content deployment via WordPress CMS and distribute quarterly social toolkits
* Track and analyze digital performance metrics, delivering insights and recommendations
What We’re Looking For:
* Someone with at least 5 years of experience in content management with a large, globally recognised agency
* Must have experience with creating content which has driven organic traffic to websites and social channels
* Strong understanding of CMS Platforms (especially WordPress)
* Content strategy and editorial skills, including experience managing website content, social media channels, and eCRM campaigns within the spirits/luxury sector
* Strong digital marketing expertise with demonstrated ability to drive KPIs across organic traffic, asset utilisation, and eCRM performance
* Analytics proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Radarly, and Sprout Social to track performance and optimise content strategy
