We are seeking an IT Support Technician with strong technical expertise and excellent interpersonal skills to join our innovative, close‑knit team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, eager to learn and implement new technologies, and able to perform under pressure and tight deadlines. In this role, you will provide technology support while interacting with senior stakeholders inside and outside the company, ensuring seamless operations and a high‑quality user experience.

What You'll Do
* Manage and maintain AV & IT technology to ensure high availability.
* Set up and configure IT/AV equipment (workstations, servers, projectors, audio/video systems).
* Provide hands-on technical support for collaboration meetings and research sessions.
* Operate biometric tools (eye tracking, skin, facial biometrics) and manage research video exports.
* Oversee applications, shared content, and user training across SSL platforms.
* Coordinate with external vendors and support regional labs.
* Assist the Technology Lead in driving innovation and competitive advantage.
* Flexible schedule required, including occasional out-of-hours support.
Requirements
What You Need
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
* Must Have 2-3 years of experience as an IT Engineer or equivalent.
* Strong knowledge of HP workstation & server hardware setup/configuration.
* Hands-on experience with display systems, large-scale visualization, projection, and digital signage.
* Skilled in audio/visual technologies (AMX/Creston, IP CCTV, microphones).
* Solid understanding of LAN/WAN/WiFi networking and Cisco conferencing solutions (Teams, Webex).
* Exposure to biometrics, VR/AR hardware, and mobile devices (iOS/Android).
* Proficiency in Windows Server, Windows 11, Microsoft Office, and PowerShell.
* Experience with AV device setup, 3D modeling tools (3DS Max, Unity), Photoshop, and planogramming tools.
* Programming knowledge (Python/C++) an advantage.
* Excellent customer-facing skills, professional presentation, and ability to build strong relationships.
* Independent, proactive thinker who works well under pressure and tight deadlines.
* Capable of working unsupervised while maintaining high standards of conduct and ethics.
* Strong communication skills in English Language.
* Must be open to a project-based role and onsite work.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities Identify opportunities for automation within Workplace Services (device provisioning, software deployment, user onboarding/offboarding, service requests). Develop, implement, and maintain automated workflows using scripting or native platform automation tools. Automate repetitive tasks in endpoint management, collaboration tools, and cloud applications. Support self-service portals and virtual agents to reduce manual ticket handling. Integrate automation with existing workplace platforms (Microsoft 365, Citrix, Intune, Teams). Monitor and troubleshoot automated processes to ensure reliability, scalability, and minimal end-user disruption. Document automation workflows, scripts, and standard operating procedures. Analyze workflow performance, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve efficiency. Collaborate with IT support teams to align automation with business priorities and employee experience goals. Ensure compliance with security policies, governance standards, and data privacy regulations. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience Hands-on experience with workplace automation tools and platforms: Scripting / Automation: PowerShell, Python, Bash, JavaScript Workflow automation: Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, ServiceNow Virtual Agent (optional), Jira Service Management, SharePoint workflows Endpoint & Device management: Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, SCCM Familiarity with digital collaboration platforms: Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Citrix Workspace Understanding of Windows and macOS environments for end-user devices Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) for onboarding/offboarding automation Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
