What You’ll Do
1. Design and implement data pipelines and processing frameworks using SQL, Python, and Snowflake.
2. Develop and optimise predictive models and machine learning solutions to drive insights from healthcare datasets.
3. Work with large, complex datasets, leveraging Azure, Databricks, or similar cloud platforms for scalability.
4. Build dashboards and data visualisations using tools like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau to communicate findings to stakeholders.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders, to drive data-driven decision-making.
What You Bring
1. 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or technical consulting.
2. Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and cloud-based data solutions (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Azure).
3. Experience developing and deploying machine learning models for real-world applications.
4. Ability to communicate technical insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
5. Previous experience working with healthcare data, ideally within the NHS or similar healthcare environments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
6. Experience with CRM, marketing analytics, or customer behaviour modelling is a plus.
