Vehicle Technician - Bedfordshire
Our client, a reputable Independent Garage in Bedford, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their professional workshop team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Vehicle Technician looking to advance their career within a well-established business committed to quality service and employee development.

Basic salary of up to £45,000, dependent on experience
Monday to Friday working hours, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (no weekends)

Diagnosing faults accurately using manufacturer standards
Servicing and repairing a variety of vehicles, mainly cars, with occasional vans
Conducting MOTs (if MOT Licence held) and recording vehicle conditions comprehensively
Maintaining current repair and maintenance records
Ensure safety, reliability, and performance standards are met during all work performed
Assist in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through quality workmanshipRequirements as a Vehicle Technician:
NVQ Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years’ experience working within a workshop environment
Time-served Vehicle Technicians without formal qualifications are welcome to apply
Valid MOT Licence (desired but not essential)
Own tools necessary for the role
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
