7. Supervise contractors and ensure adherence to agreed timelines and standards.

9. Maintain accurate records of property maintenance schedules and compliance checks.
10. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet operational requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Facilities Manager should have:

11. Relevant experience in property or facilities management, ideally within the not-for-profit sector.
12. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
13. Proficiency in coordinating maintenance projects and managing contractors.
