Switch Team Senior Administrator

The purpose of the Investment Support Senior Administrator is to support the efficient and accurate creation, processing, and delivery of Advisory switch forms. You will work closely with the Line Manager and Switch Team to provide timely and efficient support, including ongoing training, coaching, quality checking, and handling complex issues.

Key responsibilities include:

* Perform quality checks in line with team procedures, update the 'quality tracker', and provide feedback to administrators.
* Serve as the SME for all Advisory and Switch related queries and be a point of contact for consultants, team members, and other stakeholders.
* Ensure client and adviser queries are processed correctly within SLA, escalating as necessary.
* Allocate workloads to Administrators and monitor completion.
* Provide support to the Switch Supervisor as needed.

Ideal candidate attributes:

* Experience in a similar role, including coaching, feedback, and quality checking.
* Knowledge of operational procedures preferred but not essential.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
* Knowledge of XPLAN, SharePoint, Pershing Nexus, and external providers is advantageous.
* Understanding of TCF Principles and GDPR.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build professional relationships.
