Join our team at Exertis UK as a Service Desk Analyst, where youll support users via the service desk and in person, issue, repair and arrange the return of all IT equipment and maintain and support the IT landscape. As part of the team, youll: Manage and resolve IT support tickets within SLA, prioritising effectively and escalating when necessary. Deploy and maintain IT equipment including issuing to new starters, processing returns and coordinating repairs with third parties. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure on site stock levels are up to date. Administer user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 ensuring correct setup for starters, leavers and role changes.
