Collins Property Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established independent Estate Agency brand based in Shepherd’s Bush.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised Property Manager to manage a stable portfolio while also supporting tenancy accounts within a supportive and professional team.
As Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties while assisting with tenancy accounts administration. The position requires strong organisational skills and a solid understanding of lettings legislation, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent service delivery to landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities of the Property Manager:
* Managing a portfolio of residential properties.
* Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.
* Coordinating maintenance and repairs with approved contractors.
* Conducting regular property inspections and reporting findings.
* Ensuring full compliance with current lettings legislation and safety regulations.
* Managing deposit returns and negotiating end-of-tenancy matters.
* Monitoring rent payments and assisting with tenancy accounts administration.
* Liaising with the accounts team regarding arrears and tenant balances.
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all administration is up to date.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in Property Management (essential).
* Good understanding of lettings legislation and compliance.
* Experience or exposure to tenancy accounts/rent administration.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to manage a busy portfolio efficiently and independently.
* Professional and customer-focused approach.
