Qualifications Required:
* Level 3 Children’s Residential Care qualification
* Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
Experience:
* Experience in a similar role is preferred

About the Role:
A national, leading provider of residential care for young people, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Team Leader for their Children's Home. This role involves providing day-to-day care for young people, ensuring smooth operations of the home, and providing leadership and support to the staff team.
Responsibilities:
* Take care of the day-to-day needs of young people in the residential homes.
* Ensure the home operates at high standards and that staff are supported.
* Provide leadership to inspire colleagues and build relationships with young people.
* Step up to deputise for the Registered and Deputy Managers when required.

* Base salary of £37,292 - £41,072 per year.
* Bonuses for up to 4 sleep-ins per month, paid at £80 per sleep (approx. £2,880 per year).
