In this role, you will lead a team of specialists responsible for managing export and transit processes, with a strong focus on exception management and SLA adherence. You will ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient operations while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across the function. How you create impact Lead and develop a high-performing team of exception management specialists, fostering engagement, collaboration, and accountability. Proactively identify, analyse, and resolve exceptions while implementing preventive measures through root cause analysis. Ensure operational excellence by maintaining SLA adherence, compliance standards, and efficient day-to-day processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies to optimise processes and reduce recurring issues. Manage escalations and stakeholder communication effectively, providing insights through reporting, tracking, and trend analysis. What we would like you to bring Strong expertise in export & transit processes, customs compliance, and exception management. Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, mentor, and manage team performance. Excellent problem-solving skills with a structured approach to root cause analysis and corrective actions. Strong analytical mindset with experience in reporting, data interpretation, and performance tracking. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-focused and adaptable approach.
