Applications are invited for the position of Head of Security in the Estates Department. Royal Holloway, University of London, is seeking to develop and redefine its campus security services to better align with cultural and stakeholder requirements, emphasizing inclusivity and engagement.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional from a security background within HEI or similar environments, with a vision to evolve the security department for the future. They should have a proven track record of innovative thinking, challenging norms, and engaging stakeholders effectively.
Significant experience in people management, procedural change, and digital performance standards is essential. Knowledge of statutory and legislative security requirements in a HEI setting, along with experience in risk-based security planning and organizational resilience, is required. Familiarity with EDI initiatives and policies is also crucial.
