The Opportunity
A top-tier contractor-developer is seeking an experienced Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a landmark £100m high-end residential refurbishment scheme in South West London.
This is a complex, high-value, high-risk refurbishment project requiring a commercially astute QS who is confident managing major packages and driving performance across the full project lifecycle.
Due to the urgency of the role, our client is open to individuals seeking either a permanent position (£75k-£100k + package) or those wishing to operate on a contract basis (£400-£500 per day).

Key Responsibilities
-\tTaking commercial responsibility for high-value, high-risk packages
-\tManaging cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting
-\tLeading procurement and subcontractor management through to final account
-\tIdentifying and mitigating commercial risks
-\tWorking closely with senior management and operational teams
-\tSupporting governance and reporting across the full project lifecycle

Requirements
-\tProven experience as a Project or Senior QS on high-end residential or major refurbishment schemes
-\tStrong background managing complex, high-value packages
-\tFull project lifecycle experience from pre-construction through to final account
-\tHeavy refurbishment experience is essential
-\tMain contractor or contractor-developer background preferred
-\tComfortable operating in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
