If you have a year or two of experience in a sales environment and are seeking a supportive environment with a structured 6-month training and onboarding program, then this opportunity is for you.
The company has achieved sustained growth year on year over the past decade and is looking for more Business Sales Consultants to join their satellite office team in Glasgow.

Responsibilities
1. As part of the sales team, make outbound calls to business owners to introduce the client's services and book appointments for business development managers.
2. You will earn bonuses on sales made by yourself and the BDMs.
Requirements
* Confidence in communication, ambition, and drive to progress in a sales career.
* Ability to learn about HR and H&S solutions to effectively pitch features to prospects.
Benefits
* Potential first-year earnings of £40,000 with top performers earning £70,000+ due to uncapped commission.
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:45 to 17:00, with no evenings or weekends.

Basic Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 DOE
