We’re recruiting Engineering Apprentices to join our friendly and experienced Engineering team at our March site, home to our beetroot manufacturing operation supplying major UK retailers. This is a fantastic opportunity for school or college leavers who are curious, practical, and excited to learn how real engineering works in a live production environment. What will you be doing? As an Engineering Apprentice, you’ll learn on the job while being supported by experienced Engineers. Your role will include: Helping diagnose and fix breakdowns on machinery and equipment Supporting planned maintenance to keep production lines running smoothly Learning how different machines and systems work across the site Getting involved in improvement projects to make equipment safer, faster, and more efficient No previous engineering experience is needed - full training will be provided. An interest in engineering or experience fixing things like cars, bikes, or equipment in your own time would be a great advantage. What are we looking for?
