The Role: SharePoint Developer You’ll lead the design, implementation, and management of SharePoint as a central repository and reporting platform across the organisation. Initially, you’ll focus on integrating and replacing legacy technologies, improving efficiency, and reducing manual effort using tools such as Microsoft SharePoint and the Power Platform. You’ll also support Microsoft platform issues and general IT queries, while helping drive standards, performance, and productivity across the business. Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll ensure our systems evolve alongside our growth and future ambitions. Key Responsibilities: SharePoint Developer Architect, design, and maintain the SharePoint platform while driving modernisation through the Power Apps Platform Support analytical teams with system integrations across internal and external platforms Establish and maintain best-practice standards within the Microsoft ecosystem Work autonomously with stakeholders to deliver technical solutions from concept to implementation Lead adoption of emerging technologies, including Generative AI Provide technical leadership and support to onsite IT resources Produce and maintain technical documentation Support auditing processes and collaborate with internal and external auditors Travel to company sites within the United States when required Essential Qualifications Minimum 5 GCSEs including Maths, Science, and English NVQ Level 3 or equivalent Microsoft certification/experience Desirable Qualifications Degree in a related field Full clean driving licence Essential Experience: SharePoint Developer Experience working as a developer SharePoint design and implementation SharePoint Online and On-Premises management and configuration Delivering projects with Business Process Owners from concept to completion System integration and API programming Desirable Experience Manufacturing environment experience SAP, Datasphere, or Salesforce systems Internal and external audit processes ITIL framework knowledge Strong web design and programming experience Skills & Knowledge Essential Managing site collections, sites, pages, lists, and libraries Permissions and access rights management (flat and dynamic) Microsoft Power Platform expertise Microsoft Teams administration Microsoft security tools (DLP, ATP, AIP) Strong time management and adaptability in fast-paced environments Desirable Workflow development and legacy SharePoint tools (e.g. InfoPath) PowerShell, C#, JavaScript, .NET SQL scripting and reporting Personal Attributes We’re looking for someone who is: Self-motivated and able to prioritise effectively under pressure Detail-focused and highly organised Professional in all interactions with colleagues and customers A collaborative team player with a positive, flexible attitude Comfortable working independently while meeting tight deadlines Fully aligned with our core values: Customer First, Integrity, Accountability, Innovation, Personal Development, and Teamwork Additional Requirement This role requires flexibility to travel to company sites in the United States.
