PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Managing Equipment M&R – This role is to control overall EU M&R as a min coordinator between local and HQ as a min spokesperson. Since a member of EU Headquarter, required high level of managing and controlling skills rather than on-site work. Any M&R background experience would be welcomed, but not necessary if has the send of managing skills. Thus, we are looking for a committed, representative candidate with supervising capabilities, a passion for the business, flexible, immune to stress and perfectly able to perform in a team.
MAIN JOB RESPONSBILITIES:
1) General Management
* In time EOR Creation from Local – Control Lead Time
* Approve heavy damaged EOR not authorized by local side
* EDI connection with vendor itself (=Only new and not synced one)
* M&R Vendor set-up (=Mostly Input into system + Contract Approval)
* Off-Hire EOR check
* Tariffs Management + Service Provider Contract Rate Management
2) Sales Control
* Check out Local Container Sales
* 2nd hand market research
* Co-ordinate with Local & HQ any guide for Sales
3) Special Container Managing
* Decide economical repair only for the heavy damaged one
* Idling control + PTI + Malfunction handling as coordinator
* Ship-kit supplement
* Part Credit : Spare part controlling
* IoT set-up
4) Controlling Local Work
* On-site inspection in local
* Controlling ACEP
* Any kind of request by HQ related to M&R
5) Total Loss
* Clear out the TL case from the locals
* Connect to TT Club if needed – Simply, coordinate to HQ
* TL payment controlling / Collecting – Managing Outstanding
WORK SKILLS, GENERAL AND SPECIALIST KNOWLEDGE:
· Managing & controlling attitude and manner as EHQ level, not local work
· Preferred to any M&R background, but not necessary
· Sound knowledge of Equipment Control knowledge
· Computer friendly, any Microsoft tools, particularly excel
(Need to connect EDI also web-based EOR)

Pay: £25,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
