We are looking for a Senior Techno-Functional Consultant to be part of a team to build and manage Oracle cloud-based solutions, working alongside a fantastic programme team and reporting into the Tech Lead. The Programme offers unique learning opportunities due to its scale and complexity and use of Cloud applications and services. -The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion solutions, with expertise in implementing, configuring, and optimizing ERP, Procurement, PPM and EPM applications.

Minimum (Essential) Criteria
The successful candidate will have:
* Proven experience (10+ years or a minimum of 3 full implementations) as an Oracle
Fusion consultant, implementing and/or supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions.
* Experience of working on and managing an Oracle Fusion solution in a centralized/ programme on high priority, complex, business and IT programmes and projects
* In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud applications, including ERP, Procurement, PPM and EPM.
* Strong understanding of Finance and Procurement processes and a good understanding of Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting processes.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Ability to challenge constructively whilst maintaining excellent working relationships within the programme community and with stakeholders.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
Desirable Criteria
* Experience working with Oracle Fusion implementations for Public Sector organizations
* Knowledge of other financial systems or ERP platforms
* Relevant Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications
