The school is seeking a dedicated practitioner who can deliver consistently high‑quality teaching, foster strong classroom routines, and maintain high expectations for learning and conduct. This is a full‑responsibility teaching role, including planning, assessing, and leading the Year 5 curriculum. The position is full‑time, starting after half term, and will continue until the end of the academic year, with the potential to extend. The Ideal Candidate Will: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Have proven experience teaching in Key Stage 2, preferably in Year 5. Demonstrate excellent behaviour‑management skills, creating a calm, structured, and engaging learning environment. Deliver high‑quality, well‑planned lessons that support progress across a range of abilities. Build positive relationships with pupils and maintain high expectations for learning and behaviour. Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and school leadership to deliver a consistent and positive learning experience.
