Business Development Executive – B2B Energy (Direct Sales)
E1 Partners is recruiting on behalf of a leading energy client for a commercially driven Business Development Executive to support the growth of their direct B2B portfolio.
This is a new business, hunter-style role, focused on winning and developing relationships with commercial energy customers across electricity and gas.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive direct sales activity, targeting commercial customers (0.25 – 25 GWh)
* Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
* Build and convert a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
* Develop compelling value propositions and differentiate from TPIs
* Lead and coordinate tenders, pricing, and deal structuring
* Sell a range of products including fixed and flex energy solutions
* Build long-term client relationships to support retention and growth
About You
* Proven track record in B2B direct sales within the energy sector
* Experience in energy supply or TPI/broker environment highly desirable
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure and close deals
