Our client, a well-established and reputable law firm, is looking to recruit a senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join its respected team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor seeking a senior role with a strong regional firm offering flexibility on office base, hybrid working, and good quality work.
The Role
You will handle a broad range of commercial property matters, acting for a varied client base across the region. The firm is open to candidates being based in Newcastle, Durham or Darlington, depending on preference.
The work is likely to include:
1. Sales and acquisitions of commercial property
2. Landlord and tenant matters
3. Development work
4. Property finance matters
5. General commercial property transactions
Experience in agricultural property matters would be advantageous, though it is not essential.
About You
The successful candidate will be:
6. A qualified Solicitor with 5 years’ PQE or above in Commercial Property
7. Confident managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision
8. Commercially aware with strong client care skills
9. Looking to join a well-established firm with a solid reputation
10. Agricultural property experience would be a distinct advantage
