The Role
Professional Indemnity Account Handler
·Responsible for managing a portfolio of SME Clients
·Assisting with client enquirers in a timely and professional manner
·Building and maintaining relationships with Clients and Insurers coupled with attending meetings alongside Executives at times
·Ensuring a high renewal retention rate
·Issuing client documentation including renewal invitations, mid term adjustments, cancellations and new business quotations
Requirements
·2 years experience as an Account Handler
·Experience in Professional Indemnity Essential
·Exposure to Cross Class Commercial a bonus but not essential
