The Role
As Regional Sales Manager, youll lead and develop a team of 46 experienced field sales professionals, all of whom are strong consultative sellers with established track records. This is not a desk-based role its hands-on, people-focused leadership.
Youll spend the majority of your time in the field, coaching your team, joining customer visits, providing structured feedback, and leading by example. Youll help each salesperson sharpen their approach, improve execution, and elevate the customer experience.
Youll also play a key role in shaping regional strategy, driving value-based selling, and ensuring strong performance across your patch.
The Person
Proven field sales leadership experience with a coaching-first approach.You will have a hands-on leadership style where you are visible and supportive but youll give each sales person plenty of autonomy.
Industry background is flexible cultural fit and leadership capability matter most.
The Rewards
£55 65,000 basic salary with £15,000 bonus, company car and a full benefits package.You will have genuine career development opportunities.
