Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential construction and remodeling projects from pre-construction through completion. This role is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communication to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to company standards.
Responsibilities
* Manage multiple construction and remodeling projects simultaneously
* Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines
* Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
* Communicate regularly with clients regarding progress, changes, and expectations
* Review plans, scopes of work, and specifications for accuracy
* Track budgets, changedaan orders, and job costs
* Conduct site visits to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance
* Collaborate with the office/admin team on documentation and reporting
* Ensure projects comply with local codes and company standards
Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in residential construction project management
* Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and materials
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency with project management software (JobTread or similar preferred)
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Skills
* Experience with high-end residential remodeling
* Budget tracking and job costing experience
* Leadership and subcontractor management skills
Compensation
$90,000 - $120,000 yearly
