New Homes Sales Advisor

As part of their continued growth within Wiltshire, they are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic New Homes Sales Advisor to join their sales team.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused sales professional who has previous experience within the new homes industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer journey, from the initial enquiry and first visit through to legal completion and handover.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers throughout the entire home-buying process.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and engage prospective purchasers visiting the development.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through to completion.
Conduct professional and informative development and show home tours.
Qualify customer requirements and match suitable properties to their needs.
Manage all sales enquiries, appointments, and follow-up communications.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports using CRM systems.
Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisers, and other stakeholders to progress sales.
Support customers throughout the purchasing journey, providing regular updates and guidance.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and reservation objectives.
Ensure the sales office, show homes and marketing materials are presented to the highest standards.
Keep up to date with local market conditions, competitor activity, and product knowledge.
Maintain compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company procedures.
Candidate Requirements
Essential
Previous experience as a New Homes Sales Advisor within a housebuilding developer.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a customer-facing environment.
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
Professional appearance and approach.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Availability to work every weekend without exception.
Desirable
Knowledge of the new homes’ sales process from reservation through to completion.
Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Working Hours:
10:00am – 5:00pm
Weekend Working:
Working every weekend is an essential requirement of this role.
Days Off: Tuesday & Wednesday, or Thursday & Friday
