Responsibilities
* Guest Service: greet and always become available to Guests in a friendly manner, prioritizing Guest interaction over tasks.
* Maintain a neat and organized Store, on stage and backstage, so that product is clearly represented and available for replenishment.
* Perform effective till transactions that enhance the Guest perception and observes all relevant SOPs protecting Company assets including cash handling.
* Help fellow employees navigate company resources and learn about discounts and new company initiatives.
* Maintaining a Professional appearance.
* Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
* Having flexibility to work various shifts.
* Must be able to lift heavy objects (40 pounds or more) from time to time as required.
* The ability to stand for an extended period of time.
* Move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store, which entails lifting and perform all functions as set forth
Required Qualifications
* Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
* Excellent communication skills and capable of building trusting relationships
Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in a retail environment
* Some college education (AA, BA) or equivalent experience
