We're Hiring: SITE ENGINEER – Luxury Interior Fit-Out (UAE)

ALEC FITOUT is hiring experienced Site Engineers to deliver luxury interior fit-out projects. If you are driven, experienced, and ready for UAE’s biggest challenges, consider this opportunity.
* This role will be based on ALEC FITOUT projects in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
* A mandatory six-day work week applies to all site-based roles.
* Candidates must be eligible for a UAE work visa.
Your Role:
* Manage site operations for interior fit-out projects, ensuring quality, adherence to timelines, and budget.
* Coordinate with designers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to meet project goals.
* Monitor quality control to ensure premium finishes and precise execution of design elements.
* Maintain safety standards and a safe working environment on-site.
* Track progress, resolve issues, and update management on project milestones.
What You’ll Need:
* 5+ years of experience in luxury fit-out projects.
* Strong knowledge of high-end finishes, materials, and construction processes.
* Ability to lead teams, manage resources, and deliver projects on time.
* Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills.

* Joinery & Carpentry
