Our client is expanding their mortgage division and requires a proactive Team Leader to oversee and develop a team of mortgage and protection advisors/lead generators. This is an established, high-performing team with further growth ahead, and they’re seeking a team leader who can support their vision and elevate performance through strong coaching, structure, and motivation. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Leading and motivating a team to meet individual and departmental targets. Delivering coaching, regular observations, and ongoing performance support. Conducting structured business review meetings with team members. Helping advisors upskill to provide strong customer outcomes. Identifying opportunities and collaborating with the line manager to maximise results. Driving a positive, high-performance culture. What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Proven sales management experience (mortgage/financial services preferred). Strong background in mortgage advice and sales. CEMAP1 (or CAS status) required. Able to inspire, influence, and develop others. Excellent communication and rapport-building skills. Confident, resilient, and highly organised.
