Role Overview
The Trade Business Support team leader manages and leads a team of business support administrators to ensure the effective issue of core vehicle documents to support trade sales. You will oversee the daily administrative operations, ensuring high level administrative support, effective communications with customers and stakeholders and first-class team performance. You will be responsible for optimising the administrative processes, enhancing customer service and maximise the effectiveness of our trade sales.
The role involves overseeing daily administrative functions to ensure efficiency and compliance, while leading and motivating a team of administrators. Responsibilities include managing team performance, setting objectives, handling holiday leave, and processing V5 documents. It also involves controlling vehicle locations, reconciling monthly stock takes, administering sales data for traffic and parking fines, collaborating with trade management, and preparing reports on team metrics and improvements.

About You
* Experience in key administration functions, time management- desirable to have knowledge within the commercial vehicle administration section
* Proven experience of team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire colleagues within the team and mentor and develop team members
* Strong organisational skills with the proven ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.
* Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to drive informed decision making an interpret market trends
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
* Experience in using Excel
