- Assist in resolving design discrepancies by proposing solutions and incorporating feedback from team reviews.

- Maintain organised documentation of all CAD files and revisions to support efficient project workflows.

- Participate in team briefings and contribute insights to optimise design processes and improve efficiency.

- Stay updated on industry best practices and CAD software advancements to enhance design quality.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with project leads and stakeholders.

- Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks in a hybrid work setting.

### Preferred:

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in drafting, engineering, architecture, or a related field.

- Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO, ANSI) and technical drawing conventions.

- Experience with 3D modeling or rendering for visualisation purposes.

- Adaptability to learn new CAD tools or workflows as needed.

## Work Environment

- **Hybrid Work Model**: The role is primarily office-based (near junct 5 of the M25) with the flexibility to work from home 2 days per week, offering a balance of collaboration and independence.

- **Contract-to-Permanent Opportunity**: Initial 6-month contract with a high likelihood of transitioning to a permanent role based on performance and business needs. Subject to performance.

- **Collaborative Culture**: Work closely with experienced project leaders, as well as a supportive team of designers and engineers, in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

## Compensation

- Competitive hourly rate, dependant on experience and qualifications.

- Additional benefits for permanent roles (if transitioned) may include Pension, Healthcare plan, Dental care and Cycle to work scheme.

## Why Join Us?

- Contribute to exciting, high-profile race circuit infrastructure projects that shape motorsport tracks and locations worldwide.
