We’re looking for enthusiastic, dependable Barista's to help deliver exceptional service at this world-class event. 6 May - 10 May Badminton Estate, Gloucestershire, GL9 1DD £13 per hour 12.07% holiday pay. About the Role: The Role: As a Barista, you will help deliver fast, efficient service while maintaining high product quality and presentation standards. Key responsibilities: Serve a range of coffees, teas and baked goods. Provide friendly, confident customer service. Operate tills and handle transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the unit. Restock milk, syrups, fruit, doughnuts, cups, and other supplies during service. Work efficiently as part of a team during busy periods. Follow food hygiene and safety standards at all times. Ensure drinks and food are presented consistently and to a high standard. About You: We are looking for people who enjoy working in a lively environment and take pride in great service. Ideal candidates will be: Confident working in a fast-paced environment. Friendly and approachable with great communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and well-presented. Comfortable handling busy queues. Able to work as part of a team. Previous barista, café, dessert, or hospitality experience is helpful but not essential.
