Are you a qualified Conveyancing Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer looking for your next career move? We are seeking a confident, proactive individual to join a friendly and highly respected conveyancing team in either Filey or Scarborough.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where you can focus on delivering exceptional client service and managing your own caseload without the need for client following.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Managing your own conveyancing caseload from start to finish.
* Advising clients on a wide range of property matters, including purchases, sales, remortgages, buy-to-lets, leasehold, shared ownership, new builds, and unregistered property.
* Building strong client relationships and ensuring a high-quality service experience.
* Acting autonomously, making decisions confidently while adhering to best practice standards.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified as a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer.
* Minimum 1 year PQE in conveyancing, ideally with CQS accreditation.
* Strong knowledge of Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) protocols and experience using conveyancing portals, including HM Land Registry.
* Confident, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise effectively.
* Excellent IT skills and a professional approach to client service.
