Job Summary
Bright Horizons Hinchley Wood Day Nursery and Preschool, Esher, Surrey. Salary: £29,619 – £34,840 per annum pro rata (depends on qualification and experience). Part‑time (20 hours per week, 11am to3pm) Level3 Qualified Practitioner needed to cover lunch shift.
Responsibilities
* Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child to support development toward EYFS key milestones.
* Provide a safe environment that encourages children to express themselves, engage their minds and develop a love of learning.
* Maintain safe, clean and stimulating classroom and outdoor settings.
* Communicate and collaborate with parents / carers and colleagues, fostering trust and strong working partnerships.
Qualifications & Experience
* Full and relevant Level3 or above Early Years qualification.
* Strong understanding of EYFS, safeguarding and child protection.
* Passion for creating inclusive learning environments.
* Experience working with children (any age group) is desirable but not mandatory.
