What You’ll Do
* Lead brand positioning and architecture
* Develop and deliver annual and quarterly marketing plans
* Create and implement campaign frameworks
* Contribute to marketing budget allocation
* Drive performance analysis and optimisation strategies
* Ensure cross-channel alignment across all marketing activity
* Oversee the brand’s presence across multiple platforms
* Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities
* Collaborate with new product development and design teams to bring innovative products to life
* Manage relationships with external design and marketing agencies

The role is fully on‑site in Greater Glasgow and may involve some travel across the UK. The salary on offer is £40,000 plus bonus, depending on experience
