The primary function of this remote, field-based sales role is to generate year-on-year growth across the full portfolio in the allocated territories within the vaping channel and FMCG.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Work with the Country Manager to create full annual commercial budgets and sales forecasts.
· Understand the market, competitors, pricing, distribution, and regulations to help IVG brands become leaders in the territory category.
· Communicate effectively with the Country Sales Manager regarding market trends and changes.
· Assist with demand planning by providing ongoing revenue and volume projections to facilitate supply planning.
· Represent the company professionally and positively.
· Manage, develop, and grow accounts within your assigned territory in liaison with your line manager.
· Report potential business opportunities.
· Understand the product range, educate customers and the market, and reinforce our expertise.
· Collaborate with your team to support marketing and product initiatives, ensuring timely territory launches and opportunities.
· Follow scheduled plans, prioritize time effectively, and optimize sales opportunities.
· Provide timely daily and weekly reports as required.
· Manage expenses within guidelines.
· Attend industry exhibitions to promote and network for the brands.
· Take responsibility for company stock and property.
· Uphold company values and customer service standards with professionalism and compliance.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
· At least 2 years of experience in a field sales role.
· Reside in the assigned territory with strong communication skills in English and another language.
· Demonstrated ability to work independently.
· Confident, professional, approachable, energetic, and proactive.
· Good networking skills and personable demeanor.
· Ability to operate tactically within your territory.
· Detail-oriented and proactive.
· Strong team player.
· Willing and able to travel within the territory.
· Valid driving license.
