Overview
Driver Hire Perth is looking for a van driver to assist a local supermarket as part of their home delivery team.
Responsibilities
You will be delivering groceries to homes in and around Perth. Deliveries will be made using crates which could weigh up to 20kg per crate; a sufficient level of fitness will be required to complete these deliveries.
Requirements
* Valid UK Driving Licence with category B entitlement
* No more than 6 points and no major endorsements (minor offences accepted)
* Multi drop experience - preferred but not essential
* Good customer service skills
* Comfortable with heavy manual handling
Compensation and shifts
* £14.01 per hour which will increase to £14.57 after 6pm (rates include holiday entitlement)
* £15.13 for weekend shifts (rates include holiday entitlement)
* Shifts from Monday to Sunday with both AM and PM start times
* Minimum of 8 hours guaranteed per shift
* Weekly pay
