Location: Home-Based – Covering East London & Essex (including Romford, Ilford, Barking, Dagenham, Chelmsford, Brentwood, Southend-on-Sea, and surrounding areas)

Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 basic salary (including car allowance) up to 25% commission bonus
OTE: £50,000 - £65,000+ (uncapped earnings)

Working remotely from home, you will cover the East London and Essex area, supporting clients across Romford, Ilford, Dagenham, Barking, Chelmsford, Brentwood, Southend-on-Sea, and beyond. You will benefit from 5-7 high-quality leads per week from partnered estate agencies, alongside the ability to build and manage your own client base for even greater financial reward.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker, your role will involve:
* Working closely with partnered estate agents in East London and Essex to manage and convert pre-qualified leads.
* Providing whole-of-market mortgage advice and protection solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
* Assisting clients from initial enquiry through to mortgage completion, delivering exceptional customer service throughout.
* Staying up to date with mortgage products, rates, and lender criteria.
* Building your own lead network via referrals, recommendations, and local relationships to increase high earnings potential.
* Maintaining strict adherence to FCA regulations and ensuring files are fully compliant.
* Managing a personal pipeline of clients with confidence and professionalism.
* Keeping accurate, up-to-date CRM and compliance records.
What You Need to Succeed:
* CeMAP qualification (or equivalent industry qualification) – essential
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker
* Track record of delivering results and meeting performance targets
* Comfortable working from home, managing your own diary, and generating business
* Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills
* Up-to-date knowledge of the mortgage and protection market
* Based in or near East London or Essex (Romford, Chelmsford, Ilford, Brentwood, Southend-on-Sea, Barking, etc.)
* A stable internet connection and a suitable home office environment
