About the role As a Residential Conveyancer, you will be working your own high-quality property caseload from inception to completion on matters such as: Sales & purchase Re-mortgage cases Transfers of equity Right to buy New Builds Shared ownership schemes Lease extensions About You The successful candidate for this Residential Conveyancer role will ideally have at least 3 years' previous experience with Residential Property law, have excellent client care skills and be looking to establish themselves within a supportive team.
