Hours: Waking Nights
Requirements: NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards), experience in a senior position, and understanding of the challenges of taking over a new service are essential to be considered for this role.

What will the job involve?
* Being a positive and motivational role model for Support Workers
* Interviewing and training new employees to a high standard
* Identifying opportunities for staff training and development through observation and supervisions
* Producing and implementing quality staff rotas
* Communicating company information and updates to relevant parties
* Ensuring all reports are completed for regulatory bodies, including CQC/HSE
* Reporting safeguarding concerns to the local authorities safeguarding board and CQC if relevant
* Maintaining and quality checking records to keep care plans and risk assessments up to date
* Ensuring dignity, respect, safety, and well-being of all supported individuals, in line with policies and care standards
